The Harvard NIH DMSP Budgeting & Application Instructions Tip Sheet provides guidance for PIs and Grant Managers working together to complete a budget and application including a Data Management & Sharing Plan (DMSP) under the new NIH policy. This updated version incorporates feedback received on the first version of the University Tip Sheet, as well as a new section regarding "Best Practices with Subawards."
