Caroline Foster is the Associate Director of Special Funds Agreements in the Office of Research Administration. She performs a wide range of complex and confidential project management tasks, including the development and implementation of grant-making programs and outgoing agreements utilizing special funds. Prior to joining Harvard Medical School, Caroline practiced law for several years for a firm based in Towson, Maryland. She holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
