Deborah Dunlap is a Senior Pre-Award Officer in the Office of Research and Administration (ORA) at Harvard Medical School. She has 28 years of research administration experience between Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard University's Office for Sponsored Programs (OSP), and ORA. Debby’s work primarily focuses on providing support and assistance to Principal Investigators (PIs) and Grant Managers (GMs) as they prepare proposals for submission to external sponsors. As an Authorized Organizational Representative, she reviews and submits applications on behalf of the Medical School. She holds a BS degree from Northeastern University where she concentrated in Criminal Justice.
