Elechi Kadete joined the Office of Research Administration (ORA) as a Financial Analyst in 2022. Elechi’s responsibilities at ORA include providing oversight of the PTE Portfolio, ensuring financial compliance with the University’s policies and procedures, as well as conducting complex financial analysis and providing technical advice to various schools/units within the HMS financial community. Prior to joining the ORA, Elechi worked at the Harvard Office of Technology Development (OTD) where his primary responsibilities included processing royalty income distributions from licensing income and conducting complex financial analysis of over 100M annual revenue based on Harvard’s Intellectual Property Policy. Furthermore, Elechi is an avid chess player as well as sports enthusiast. Elechi graduated from Brandies University in 2012, with a major in Business and a minor in Political Studies.
