Esther Diabene is a Research Data Compliance Specialist in the Office of Research Administration (ORA) at Harvard Medical School. She supports HMS researchers in identifying, acquiring, and managing biomedical data in their research. She works collaboratively with researchers to facilitate research data compliance procedures to ensure institutional policies, standards, and best practices are met. Prior to joining ORA, Esther worked in environmental and health data management sectors in educational and government institutions. Esther holds a Masters in Geospatial and Information Science from the University of Akron in Ohio and a BA in Geography.
