Jennifer Sullivan is a Senior Grants & Contracts Officer in the Office of Research Administration (ORA) at Harvard Medical School. She is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and executing all incoming awards and other research-related agreements in her portfolio to ensure compliance with relevant sponsor guidelines and University policies and to mitigate risk to the University. Prior to joining HMS, Jennifer held several roles in Harvard University’s Alumni & Development Services Office (formerly the Recording Secretary’s Office) where she reviewed gifts and all non-federal grants to the University. Before coming to Harvard, she worked at State Street Corporation as a Portfolio Accounting Manager. Jennifer holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, where she concentrated in Operations and Technology Management.
