Lydia Hill is a Team Lead & Training Specialist on the ORA Research Administration Support Services team. She rotates among HMS departments to fill short-term grant manager vacancies or to provide additional support to departments as needed. The Specialist (also referred to as a “floater”) assists assigned faculty, researchers, and staff in the financial and general administration of sponsored awards, with a focus on customer service and adherence to University and School policies and procedures. Lydia has a Master’s Degree with a focus in Business and Management, and eight years of experience in research administration at HMS. Prior to returning to HMS, Lydia worked as a senior budget and financial planning analyst in local government at the City of Bend, OR.
