Administrative Coordinator

Victoria Holland is the Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Research Administration (ORA) at Harvard Medical School. She acts as a key liaison providing administrative support to the Chief Research Administration Officer and logistical departmental support. Victoria works directly with the Strategic Project Manager focusing on deliverables related to project management, process improvement, and communication strategic development for ORA and its Leadership Team. Prior to joining HMS, Victoria worked as a Program Coordinator at Boston Children’s Hospital responsible for the management of academic and clinical projects such as AIUM practice accreditation, the Boston Marathon Physicians team medical coverage, and the MSK Ultrasound Fellowship curriculum. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health & Wellness Management from Merrimack College where she managed a student-led hunger relief program prioritizing recruitment and community outreach for program longevity.
