The Council on Governmental Relations (COGR) met in-person June 9-10, 2022. Presentation slides are available on the COGR website. Key discussion topics included the Department of Energy’s new interim COI Policy; updates from NSF on their efforts to support more underserved and under-resourced institutions in seeking and obtaining funding; getting ready for the new NIH Policy for Data Management and Sharing; updates from AAU on public opinion on research universities; and costs of compliance with new and emerging research security requirements.
