For HMS/HSDM awards that were part of the Federal Mass Termination but continue to be supported through internal funding, any reduction in effort on a terminated award should follow the same agency-specific requirements as those of active awards from that federal agency.
Please submit the following form to request a significant change in the status including but not limited to withdrawal from the project, absence for any continuous period of 3 months or more, or reduction of the level of effort devoted to project by 25 percent or more from what was approved in the initial competing year award. Requests will be reviewed and a response will be provided in a timely manner. Please do not make any changes to effort until official approval has been received.
