The updated Fixed Price Residual Balances Guidance is posted on OSP's website. Changes to the guidance and associated form were based on feedback from users across the University. A Fixed Price Award Residual Balance Transfer Form is now required for any sponsored awards with a remaining balance of $250.00 or more at award end. Balances of $10,000.00 or more will require a Balance Justification, PI signature, and OSP signature. Schools may have local procedures that are more restrictive.
