Harvard Heroes celebrate high-performing staff from every School and the Central Administration with local and University-wide recognition. Employees must be an administrative/professional, support, or service & trades staff member, be benefits-eligible and have at least one year of Harvard service. Winners will be announced in April and are selected locally, based on University-wide criteria.
