Effective October 2020, the ORA Research Finance Team will review and approve all under 90-day cost transfers. The team will continue to approve all over 90-day cost transfers. Direct all under 90-day cost transfers to HMS_Research-Finance@hms.harvard.edu. Cost transfers are reviewed, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 4:30 PM.
