Application Cycle Open Until Wednesday, December 14th
The Office of Employee Development and Wellness and the Black Staff Caucus Career Advancement and Mentoring Subcommittee (CAMs) are excited to invite applications for the next cohort of mentees for the Longwood-wide mentoring program for staff.
The Harvard Longwood Campus Mentoring Program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships, connecting individuals across our unique campus environment. Mentees will be matched with a mentor from the Longwood campus and will have the opportunity to meet virtually with their mentor and attend training and networking events. The Program is intended to help those involved expand their networks, work towards career advancement, and build new skills. This Program uses an exciting mentoring software platform, Chronus, through which mentees will connect and interact with their mentors all on one website.
Please review the dates below prior to applying to participate:

The Program is deeply committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging on the Longwood Campus. We encourage staff of diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.
