The Agreement Terms Quick Guide is a new resource available on the ORA website via the Award Lifecycle - Notice of Award page as well as the Policies & Guidance - Business Processes page. This Quick Guide is intended to provide a general overview of some of the most common negotiation issues with agreements executed by ORA and provide background on the relevant Harvard policies and requirements. We expect that this will be most useful for departmental research administrators and ORA staff to share with PIs to provide further information on tricky issues in a negotiation. Additionally, PIs may find it helpful to share this document with other parties so they can better understand our position on common terms.
