NIH Biosketch & Other Support Requirements Information/Q&A Sessions 

These sessions will be informal discussions based on questions raised by attendees. The summary of NIH requirements may prompt participants to develop questions, which may be submitted in advance to researchadmin@hms.harvard.edu or raised live in the Q&A session. The summary outlines due dates, changes and clarifications to requirements, roles and responsibilities of researchers and administrators, and includes a checklist of “Steps to Take” for researchers as well as links to additional information.

The July 8, 2021 Q&A session will be focused on what researchers need to report, where and when.  The July 9, 2021  Q&A session is directed toward administrative support staff, including but not limited to grants managers. Content at both sessions will be similar and all are welcome to attend either session. NIH Other Support & Biosketch Q&A Sessions are intended for HMS Quad faculty, researchers, and administrators. Affiliate-based faculty and staff should check with their institution’s Office of Research Administration/Sponsored Programs or Research Compliance Office for information regarding their institution’s implementation of the NIH requirements.
