What is “RA on ARC?” It’s short for the Research Administration (RA) section of the HMS Administrative Resource Connector (ARC) SharePoint site, the repository for HMS & HSDM research administrators (RAs) best practice guidance, tools, tips, links, and other resources to help manage their portfolios. For example, WRITTEN COMMUNICATION BEST PRACTICES, provides guidance for HMS and HSDM research administrators on effective communication with Principal Investigators, research teams, colleagues, and supervisors. The guidance was created by the HMS Business Process Working Group (BPWG), whose members are from 14 HMS and HSDM departments. You can find Written Communication Best Practices and more on RA on ARC.
