In collaboration with department colleagues, ORA has developed new guidance documents to help grants managers navigate requests for "At Risk Accounts" and "Carryforward." A one-page “cheat sheet” provides information on considerations for requesting and setting up an "At Risk Account," as well as practical information on the GMAS set-up. Carryforward resources include a detailed presentation containing definitions, requirements, and helpful tips on NIH carryforward requests; a succinct process document with step-by-step instructions for submitting NIH carryforward requests; and a template request letter.
