Please enter any anticipated proposals into GMAS as soon as you become aware of them (in draft form – they can be revised prior to the deadline) so that ORA can plan for appropriate coverage. Independence Day Holiday and NIH July 5th Deadline: Harvard has extended the Independence Day holiday so ORA, along with the University, will be closed Friday, July 1st and Monday, July 4th. This will impact submissions for the NIH R01 & U01 renewal/resubmission/revisions, due to NIH Tuesday, July 5th. Therefore, in compliance with the ORA Submission Deadline Policy, the 5-day deadline for those submissions isFriday, June 24th.The 2-day deadline for finalized Research Plan documents is Wednesday, June 29th.
